Just in time for the New Years 2012, Beachbody has finally unleashed its most comprehensive workout program yet!  If you have read my transformation, you already know that to shed those 48lbs of fat, subtract 12 yrs off my age and discover a new life, the original P90X was the only workout program I used.  During the second half of my transformation is when I experimented with working out smarter, not harder.
